About The Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Google Ads Expert at Adzmode (Advertising Agency). As a Google Ads Expert, you will oversee the management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for our clients. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and drive ROI for our clients.

What you will Do

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Drive business growth for clients through digital marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze campaign requirements to align with client objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies.
    • Identify optimal targeting methods to reach the desired audience effectively.
    • Create compelling ad content and creatives.
    • Set up landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
    • Manage, review, and execute daily account activities across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Monitor and maintain keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics.
    • Participate in keyword selection and audience targeting processes.
    • Provide strategic recommendations and execute plans to maximize keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, and display network utilization.
    • Generate and share insightful reports to track campaign performance.
    • Collaborate in crafting effective paid search strategies.
    • Launch and refine various PPC campaigns to optimize performance.
    • Supervise accounts on search platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to enhance ROI.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Produce management reports, including dashboards, to communicate campaign outcomes.
    • Craft compelling and concise ad copy to drive engagement.
    • Propose and execute innovative campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Foster relationships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
    • Implement measures to mitigate the risk of click fraud.
    • Stay informed about the latest PPC and SEM trends to ensure campaigns remain current and effective.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in Google ads management
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of Digital growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can work on Google Ads
